Václav Gregor is the co-founder, partner, and CEO of the investment accelerator Soulmates Ventures. He started his entrepreneurship career in the field of online marketing while still in high school – at the age of 17, he began his activities in the United States from a small Czech City of Ostrava. Two years later, based on a successful collaboration, he became the Chief Marketing Director of one of his American clients, Adonis Lifestyle. He has extensive experience with the overseas market, having built several successful marketing tech and e-commerce companies and successfully collaborated with leading influencers and showbiz personalities such as Flo Rida during his 10 years entrepreneurial journey in the USA. He accomplished this primarily by co-building a technology agency called WebValley and serving as a CEO and managing partner. He gained many valuable contacts and experiences from this, which he now uses to support sustainable startups in the CEE region, with a focus on GreenTech, HealthTech and Education tech. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the creation of more than a hundred projects, brands, and startups.
