Andrej is a Co-Founder and CEO at Birdwingo – an investment app for beginners in Europe. Andrej studied and worked as a strategy consultant in London, Germany, the United States, and the Netherlands mainly focusing on the energy sector and ESG. As he was frequently coming back to the CEE region, he noticed the existing regional investing platforms often have high & hidden fees, an interface that is not user-friendly and do not cater to the needs of beginner investors. Upon seeing these problems, he co-founded Birdwingo with his brother Adam and received funding from a New York-based venture capital firm. Andrej holds a degree in Political Economy from King’s College London and International Management from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. He aims to maximize the positive societal impact through all professional activities he gets involved in.
